A clerical officer is required at Leeds community health care trust, the position is for working 30.5 hours per week and the salary on band 2 is £14,153- £17,253. The closing date for this position is the 27/5/12 and interviews will be held on 14/6/12.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide clerical support within the Community Paediatric Ophthalmology/Local Paediatric departments at St Mary's Hospital, Leeds.

The successful candidates must have previous experience of working in an office environment; good communication skills in dealing with both professionals and the public; excellent organisational skills, previous experience of using a database and an understanding of team working.


The role includes processing referrals, prepartion of clinic packs using SystmOne database, dealing with telephone enquiries in a courteous manner, and filing letters and clinic notes.
